Intake facilities
Traveling Band Screens remove micro fine solids in the water intake. The screens remove fine & floating solids from 0.2 to 10 mm.
Filtering Screens remove fine solids in the water intake. The screens remove fine & floating solids from 2 to 15 mm
Step screens have a good performance and require almost no-maintenance. The screen panels are formed to create steps giving the ability to remove larger amounts of solids and to increase the effective screening area.
The fine screen replaces the filter elements in longitudinal section through perforated sections, which increases the efficiency of solids removal. Normally fine screen removal considers 3 mm opening mesh
Trash Racks remove large size solids in the water intake. They remove coarse & floating solids from 15 to 100 mm. The cleaning process is done by motor hydraulic Grab. The advantage is that it can clean screens of any width or height.
Cable Racks remove large sized solids in the water intake. They remove coarse & floating solids from 15 to 100 mm. The cleaning process is done by cable rake. The advantage is that it can clean screens of high depth, where we can not implant our hydraulic or chain screens.
Chain Screens are recommended for continuous and automatic cleaning. Cleaning is executed by means of a brush that detaches and transports the solid waste deposited in the screen, lifting and discharging it in the upper part towards a container.
The bivalve grab also known as slurry removal grab bucket is constructed of two grab bucket bodies. The bivalve grab bucket closes and the slurry is directly grabbed.
The bar screen is used in channels with reduced flows and dimensions. The slots size ranges between 100 & 150 mm.
The main purpose for the Stop logs equipment is to stop the flow of water
The main purpose for the Penstock equipment is to reduce the flow of water in the channels or to temporarily stop the flow of water. It can be operated in many ways, manually or engine drive powering or servomotor powering or hydraulic powering.
