DEGRITTERS
Degritters remove the grits in the wastewater treatment plant (wwtp). We offer longitudinal degreaser degritter bridge, central circular degritter & circular degritter.
GRIT CLASSIFIERS
In Grit Classifiers, the water/sand mixture is separated, there is one outlet for the water & other for the sand. We offer hydraulic grit classifier & helicoidally grit classifier.
GRIT WASHERS
Grit Washers is a pre-requirement for the recycling. They reduce the organic content in the grit by the grit washing.
PRETREATMENT COMPACT PLANTS
Pretreatment compact plants include the following processes: The elimination of solids, the grit elimination, the elimination of grease. It allows you to carry out these treatments in a single equipment and for flows up to 150 l/s (540 m3/h).
MINI PRETREATMENT COMPACT PLANTS
The Mini Pretreatment compact plant installations allow carrying out screening, grit & greasing removal in a single equipment and for small flows. Advantages are low installation and space expenses.
AERATORS
The aerator transfers oxygen in the biological stage of WWTP inside the liquid mass. We offer horizontal rotor aerator & surface aerator.
FLOCCULATOR
In the Flocculators (mixers), the sedimentation is executed by adding chemicals (coagulants) to the water to bring the no settling particles together into larger masses of solids.
SEDIMENTATIONS – CLARIFIERS
Clarifiers are tanks for continuous removal of the solids being deposited by sedimentation. We offer helicoidally grit classifier & hydraulic grit classifier.
SLUDGE DEWATERING
The Sludge Dewatering is an equipment for the thickening and dehydration of sewage sludge from industrial and wastewater treatment plants. We offer screw sludge dewatering & hydraulic filter press.
MODULAR PURIFICATION PLANTS
The Modular Purification Plants based in container based systems upon activated sludge technology. It has been designed to fulfill requirements from golf courses, hotels, etc.. , providing effluent with enough quality to allow reuse.
TRICKLING FILTER
A Trickling Filter is a type of wastewater treatment system. It consists of a fixed bed of (rocks, Etc.) where the wastewater flows downwards on. Main function is to get a good water distribution on the whole surface.
FILTERING MICROSCREEN
The Filtering microscreen is a very robust, mono block piece of equipment designed for micro solids filtration, with a minimum mesh of 10 microns and maximum 1000 microns.
DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION (DAF)
The Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) are efficient devices that, through the dissolution of air in the fluid, achieve an effective separation and concentration of the solids of the treated fluid, with or without physical-chemical treatments.
